This IBR-approved safety valve effectively relieves excess pressure to protect equipment and systems. This valve is available in screwed end and flange end connection. With a 15mm to 100mm size range can sustain pressure up to 21 Bar. (You can also request a high-pressure safety valve.) High-quality CF8 and CF8M are used for the body, and NBR and Viton materials for the seat. Due to this combination, this valve withstands temperatures up to 180°C for steam application and 80°C for water. This valve can handle water, gas, air & low temperature oil
The pop-type mechanism of this safety device opens suddenly to release excessive pressure and then closes tightly once the pressure returns to safe levels. Available in screwed and flange end connection this valve withstand up to 300°C temperature. WCB, CF8, and CF8M casting materials are used for the body and bonnet. We offer a 15mm to 100mm size range of POP-type safety valves, which can sustain pressure up to 20 bar, and we also offer high-pressure capability on request.
