aira offers two major types of lined butterfly valve: PTFE Muffler Mirror Finished Butterfly Valves and FEP-PFA Lined Butterfly Valves.
The PTFE muffler mirror finished butterfly valves are manufactured and designed under BS – EN – 593. This valve’s face-to-face dimension follows API 609 Category A. Available in sizes from 50mm to 600mm with a wide temperature range from -50°C to 300°C. With up to 8 Kg/cm² working pressure capacity, these valves are available in various end connections, including: wafer-type end connection, lug-type end connection, and double flange end connection. The PTFE Muffler Mirror Finished Butterfly valves can be operated by pneumatic actuator, manual hand lever and gear wheel.
The FEP-PFA lined butterfly valves are available in a 50 mm to 600 mm size range with up to 8kg/cm² working pressure capacity. Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, S.G. Iron, WCB, CF8, CF8M, CF3M, SS304L, Hast Alloy are used for body construction, while PTFE, RPTFE, CFT, GFT, TFM-1600, AIRA-250, NYLON, DEVLON, PEEK, FEP are used for sleeve. These valves passed through API 598 test and BS EN 12266 PART – 1 inspection.
The FEP-PFA lined butterfly valves are available with numerous actuation types, including manual hand lever, manual gear wheel, and pneumatic actuator. To cover all the industry requirements, we offer these valves in three major reliable end connections like wafer type end connection, lug type end connection, and double flange end connection.
